I am originally from Bottineau, North Dakota and graduated from Minot State University and taught at Minot High School for 6 years.  I have been in the Real Estate business for many years, starting with Real Estate Sales in Minot, North Dakota from 1974 to 1985.  In fall of 1985, I moved to Arizona and became a Mortgage Officer with The Arizona Bank.  In 1988, I was appointed as a Vice President of the Arizona Bank and became the Special Asset Sales Administrator for the disposition of the Arizona Bank foreclosed properties, and continued the liquidation of foreclosed properties for the Arizona Bank, Security Pacific Bank, and Bank of America for several years.  In that process, I was responsible for the renovation, marketing, listing and the selling negotiations for many REO properties throughout Arizona and much of the United States.

For the last several years, I have been listing and selling homes and investment properties in Maricopa, Pinal and Gila counties of Arizona.
